+ Reflections on Life as a NewMom [Part 6 of 10] Pariiiisssss (3.5 Months postpartum)

We did it! We braved the cold, the wind, the rain, to get to Miss Eiffel. The weather didn't play in our favor, it did everything to discourage us to leave the house, but with determination, the kindness of Josh, the coaching of Winnie (one of the few sistahs God handpicked for me) , and of course Divine Favor (that made the rain stop for 15 minutes, so that we could take great photos with the sun light); we took our must-take photo with the iconic #EiffelTour. Yayyy!!!

Besides having quality time with my family here, I'm thankful to some of my friends who braved the cold weather, traveled 2 hours distances, skipped work, to bring us some sunshine at home. Truly grateful for your love and support (yes, When there's a baby, the mommy doesn't hesitate to capitalize on any extra hands she can get. Hehehe). It was a pleasure reconnecting with you all on French soil.

Long are the days when I would travel to a foreign country with $30 on my pockets (and bank account); yet, live out each day exploring and discovering new paces. Today, at least during this transition phase with the baby, even if I have 100 times that amount, I doubt I would be half as adventurous. Lol

** Still, I couldn't come to #Paris without a selfie with Miss Eiffel -- even if that meant bundling up Josh, scurrying under the rain, and breastfeeding him on the Champs Elysee.

La vie est belle!
